To start, we’ll connect for an hour and discuss what’s working, problematic areas of your business and identify areas to streamline or new processes to implement.

We will reconvene on Zoom and walk through your personalized report and the next steps you can take on your end. Suggestions may include sourcing new vendors, streamlining bookkeeping processes, simplifying scheduling, etc.

Suggestions will have actionable items that you, your staff, or hired consultant/contractor can jump into immediately.

We are happy to help and take the lead in working with you to implement new processes, fix broken operational flows, and streamline operations.

We will prioritize the self-starter suggestions and develop a game plan on how to move forward. We will schedule a time to connect with you or your staff throughout the project(s) and ensure regular check-ins and updates. Everything we do is in collaboration, so you have the tools, processes, and solutions in place as you move forward.

We will have a monthly check-in, plus those occasional ASAP moments. In addition, PERSONUS Consulting will take on small projects or provide guidance & collaboration for larger projects.
